1. Connection Condition

This monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, Please make

sure there is enough power(5V/3A OR ABOVE) input.

2. LAPTOP (With Type-C)

If you want to adjust the brightness and volume above 80%, pllease make sure the external

power supply of 5V/3A or above be connected.

Not all laptops with a Type-C port can work with ARZOPA

monitor. Please check the Type-C port of your laptop if t ssupports audio and video signal

transmission.

3. PC/laptop (with HDMI port)

*HDMI port does not support power transmission. So when you use HDMI connection, you

must connect extra power supply (5V/3A or above).

4. PHONE (With Tpye-C)

Only works directly with cell phone through full-featured Type-C port

For iPhone: need a lightning to HDMI adaptor.

A: Only if the phone has a Type-C interface that supports Thunderbolt 3 or higher, can it be connected to the monitor.

Q: 2. What if my laptop is not a thunderbots type c phone, how to make it work with ARZOPA portable monitor?

A: Normally all the laptops have HDMI-compatible or DP port for the extend screen connection. So just use the HDMI-compatible connection to our monitor is ok.At the same time, it is necessary to connect the Type-C cable to the monitor for power supply

Q: 3. How to connect ARZOPA portable monitor with Nintendo Switch without dock?

A: Three steps to connect the switch and the monitor.

First: take off the switch controller; Second: Connect the monitor type C PD charging port with SWITCH charger; Finally: use the type c to type c cable to connect the switch and the monitor type C data port.
